Standards of Behavior
Welcome to The Town Center at Levis Commons. All of our buildings,
parking areas and town square are privately owned. We are committed
to providing a secure, clean and enjoyable environment for our
guests. To achieve this, we have established several standards
of behavior. As visitors of this property, we ask that our guests
refrain from the following behaviors:
Discourteous Behavior
This can be described as rude behavior, behavior that may cause
inconvenience to others or anything that is ill mannered or disrespectful.
- Standing, walking or sitting in a location or manner which
may cause an inconvenience to others. This could be described
as anyone blocking the access to, or the view of a walkway,
stairway, doorway or storefront.
- Loitering, which includes inactivity, blocking access or hindering
movement. This also includes loitering in vehicles.
- Underage smoking or smoking in any interior area of The Town
Center at Levis Commons, including the restrooms, office suites
and lobby areas. Smokers must use the ash urns provided.
- Excessive car stereo music that is audible from the exterior
of the vehicle.
- Congregating in groups larger than four (4).
- Running, yelling, playing of radios and littering.
- Skating, skateboarding and rollerblading.
- Any pets other than those in the company of, and trained
to assist, physically challenged persons.
Disorderly Behavior:
This type of behavior is described as obscene or offensive or
is behavior that may cause a hindrance or disturbance to others
visiting the facility or interrupt normal business activity.
- The use of offensive language such as swear words or racial
slurs as well as inappropriate hand gestures including, but
not restricted to, gang signs or symbols, loud or boisterous
behavior or throwing of objects.
- Failure to wear shoes, shirt, top or appropriate clothing
that prevents indecent exposure. Clothing that expresses obscene
or offensive messages is strictly prohibited.
- Soliciting money or other contributions or donations, petitioning
or distributing commercial or promotional materials of any kind
or offering samples of items which are to be sold, without prior
management approval.
- Failure to respond to reasonable requests of direction from
property staff.
Disruptive Behavior: These types of actions can be of a more
serious nature and could cause a disruption in business or affect
the safety of our guests.
- Fighting, challenging to fight, using physical force or violence
or intimidating others with threats of physical force or violence.
- Engaging in any unlawful or criminal activity on the property,
including but not limited to, crimes of violence, theft, vandalism,
trespassing or violations of weapons, drug and alcohol control
laws.
- Engaging in any activity or behavior that endangers the lives,
health, or property of our patrons, tenants or employees.
- Defacing, damaging, or destroying any real or personal property
constituting part of or located on or in The Town Center at
Levis Commons.
Violators of these codes may be subject to expulsion, banning,
and/or arrest.
Violators of banning orders may be subject to arrest or prosecution
for criminal trespassing.
